JAMIE GARDNER

As a Director of Chateau Developments, Jamie leverages over a decade of expertise in the construction and real estate industry to steer high-impact development projects. With a background that includes hands-on experience on site and a five-year tenure as a project manager, Jamie Gardner brings a robust understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of construction. This experience, combined with a successful track record in Real estate sales at Accelerate Properties Consulting, enables Jamie Gardner to effectively lead Chateau Developments in delivering exceptional outcomes. Jamie is skilled in negotiating favourable contracts and optimising project execution, ensuring value and success in every venture.

NIKOLAS MANION

Nikolas brings extensive expertise in construction and contract management. As a Senior Contract Administrator at Multiplex for over six years, he played a key role in major projects, including the $750M 1 William Street Cbus Tower and the $850M Jewel development. His experience spans subcontractor management, risk mitigation, cost control, and project audits, including government projects like the $350M Centre of National Resilience. Now Director of Marshall Contracts Management, Nik specialises in commercial and contract management, procurement, and dispute resolution. His strategic approach and early hands-on experience in residential projects make him a valuable asset to Chateau Developments.
